JETPRESS 12-B Lubrication Pump

The Jetpress 12-B is an electronic lubricator for circular looms or any other equipment that requires recurrent lubrication.

The device has 12 lubrication points, works with 24 volts and does not require the use of an air compressor. The tank has a capacity of 3.8 liters of oil, has an electronic float and filter. Its operating time ranges from 3 seconds to 9 minutes and 59 seconds. The loom operator chooses the desired time for lubrication. In the operation by loom revolution, the operator programs the number of revolutions for which the loom should be lubricated. The manual mode is most often used to fill the hoses when the device is installed or to provide additional lubrication after the loom has been idle for a few days. The lubricator also allows individual adjustment of the volume of oil to be injected per hose. It is also possible to completely cancel the injection of oil into any of the hoses.
